Resourcing Manager required for large organisation based at Gatwick, you will manage a small team to deliver the recruitment strategy, lead and develop competency based assessments and mange the screening and interviewing process. In addition you will develop retention incentives.
You will have experience of high volume recruiting with 2 years experience.
You will be required to travel with this role and a company car is provided. This organisation would consider reduced hours for this role.
